Early Life and Beginnings
Colton Dunn, born on June 30, 1977, in Normal, Illinois, United States, had his first taste of acting as a clown in a middle school production of Aesop's Fables: A Musical Circus. His passion for performance led him to join the Central Touring Theatre in high school, a decision that steered him towards an improv comedy group, laying the groundwork for his future in comedy. Dunn's early experiences with friends Nick Swardson and Charlie Sanders, whom he met in high school, would later become significant as they ventured into professional collaborations.
